This was a photo I took at my last Bahamas ashram chair yoga teacher training. The colors appeal to the eye and the vegetarian meals are nutritious and delicious. Yogic diet is also non violent- it does not harm animals and it not detrimental to the environment as dairy and agriculture farms are. Eating vegetarian or vegan sustains our bodies, minds and the earth. (My next training is in Nov. in Florida 2014 and in Bahamas at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat in Jan. 2015.) www.sunlightchairyoga.com
